What is the concentration of your fragrances?
All our scents are formulated as Eau de Parfum (EDP), containing a high concentration of fragrance oils to ensure a long-lasting sillage that remains prominent for 8 to 12 hours.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, 34ML is committed to ethical beauty. All our perfumes are 100% vegan and we never test our products or ingredients on animals.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
